This mentoring roundtable of Grays Harbor is a coalition consisting of local mentoring organizations. This coalition provides opportunities for youth-serving organizations to build a base of community support.

This coalition is a collaborative effort to promote mentoring of youth in Grays Harbor County and surrounding areas.

Brooks Therapeutic Services (BTS) is a life coaching services that centers around holistic approaches for dealing with real life issues. Life coaching is a future-focused practice with the aim of helping clients determine and achieve personal and mandated goals. BTS assist clients with: building life skills, self-development, personal transitions, relationship building, and career development. One of the unique aspects of BTS is that client determines what area of their life they want or need to be coached in.

Kairos Torch is designed to meet the needs of the children of incarcerated parents between the ages of 13 to 21 years of age. An experience of this type creates and opportunity to introduce  a spiritual journey, which their parent or loved one may also be experiencing while incarcerated. One purpose of the experience is to introduce God. They receive a message that God offers unconditional love, acceptance, and forgiveness.

Youth develpment program that focuses on 5 core areas: The Art, Character & Leadership, Education & Career, Health & Life Skills and Fitness & Recreation.

Odyssey Youth Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to work with at risk lesbian, gay, bixesual, transgender, questioning youth and their allies to provide a safe gathering place, leadership development, skill building and positive role modeling.

Multi-cultural officers seeking assistance in college. Community leaders mentor ethnic club officers on being successful and peer mentoring.

Left Foot Organics works with people with disabilities and low-income high school youth on an organic farm five miles south of Olympia. At-risk high school youth are referred by high school teachers and counselors. They work with staff and volunteers at the farm learning social/team work skills, organic farming methods, and how to function in an inclusive community that values people of all abilities.
